Abstract Background The current fact of increasing rates cesarean deliveries is a catastrophe. Recurrent cesareans result in intraperitoneal adhesions that would lead to maternal morbidity during delivery. Great efforts are directed towards the prediction provide best care for laboring women. aim study was evaluate role abdominal striae and scar characters adhesions. Methods This case- control conducted emergency ward obstetrics gynecology department tertiary hospital from June December 2019. carried on patients admitted fulfilling particular inclusion exclusion criteria. included two groups, group one assessed presence striae, degree evaluated section. Group without evidence striae. They were severity also after evaluation previous scar. Evaluation done using Davey’s scoring system.
